As the Founder of Realms of Being, I have dedicated my life's work to guiding individuals through their own personal journeys of healing, growth and self-awareness.

My approach is founded in the belief that everyone has the power within themselves to achieve their most authentic and peaceful path, and I act as a therapist, mentor and guide to help individuals unlock that potential. 

Through a variety of safe and proven embodied practices, mindfulness based methodologies and  spiritual philosophies,  I help you to discover restfulness and tap into your inner voice, discover your true unburdened nature and live your intentionally best life.

Whether you are struggling with uncertainty, burn-out;  overwhelmed or simply seeking more balance and depth in your life,  I am  here to support, encourage and guide you on a path towards inner alignment, deep wisdom, reconnection with your balanced motivated self and the world around you.
